I am very proud to have joined the American Realty team, I have well over ten years of experience in the Real Estate and Title Industry.  As a lifelong resident of Atwater my knowledge and history of our community and the surrounding areas have given me a great advantage in the Real Estate industry.  I am blessed with a great family, my wife Amie Marchini and I have two children Hallie and Hudson. I graduated from Fresno Pacific University with a Bachelors in Business / Organizational Leadership.  I enjoy being active in our community, having served on the Atwater Elementary School Board, Parks and Recreation Commission and as President of the local Chamber of Commerce.  I have also participated in the Leadership Merced program as well as the Disney Institute.  I currently serve on the Bloss Memorial Health Care district board, am a member of the PlayHouse Merced board of directors and am a 15+ year Atwater Rotary Club member.  Keeping active in our community allows me to better serve my client’s needs.
